Sometimes, items are so precious or sentimental, they can’t be replaced. And so we offer a full repair service on jewellery and watches from our jewellery shop in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
Whether it’s replacing a missing stone in your favourite diamond jewellery, remounting stones into a new piece of platinum jewellery, altering a ring size, or carrying out a full service on your special watch – we’ll look after your jewellery as if it were our own; ensuring the repair or alteration is flawless.

If we can’t do it ourselves, we use trusted repairers
Thanks to our on-site Goldsmith Ron Fairweather, who has over 35 years’ experience in the trade, we can undertake most of the repair work ourselves. And that’s how we prefer to do it, so we can control the quality of the work and ensure your precious piece is well looked-after.

When that’s not possible, we only work with the most experienced, specialist repairers – for example first-rate diamond setters, restringing experts any other types of specialist repairers.  Over the years, we’ve built up relationships with repairers we can trust, and we work with them time and time again because we know they’ll make an excellent job of your repair or alteration.
