We know that no-one likes to read these pages, but it’s important we tell you what our terms and conditions are. That’s because each time you buy an item from Avanti Jewellers, you must agree to these terms and conditions and are bound by them. So it is important.
We’ve tried to make these as clear and easy to understand as possible, avoiding the usual complicated legal writing you’ll often find on T&C pages!

Availability of stock
When you place an order online, it is subject to that item being in stock and available. If we don’t have it in stock, we will contact you to ask if you prefer to:
- wait until the item is in stock, or - cancel your order.

Damages during delivery
Unless we have been negligent, we can’t accept any liability for loss or damage of the goods once they have been delivered following your instructions – for instance, if you supplied us with an incorrect address.

Accuracy of content on this website
We’ve taken great care to make sure the content of this website is accurate and up to date, including making sure that photographs of the items are as realistic as possible. However, some items may differ slightly to those shown and errors can sometimes occur. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate.
If we have made an error, we’ll contact you as soon as we discover it, so you can choose to continue with your order or cancel it.

Changes to these terms and conditions
When placing an order with Avanti Jewellery, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and any changes will take effect from the date they are posted on this website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you buy items from Avanti Jewellery.
Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England under English Law.
