Bespoke Engagement ring for Davinia and Martyn

Dear all at Avanti,

We just wanted to write and say what fantastic service we received from all of you throughout the process of having an engagement ring made.

When we were first making enquiries at different jewellers about having a ring made me went to   ********* and received the worse service possible, infact we are still waiting for them to get back to us with a price for the ring and this is from last October!! The staffs were rude and uninterested and I felt so disheartened when I left their store.

In complete contrast from the first moment I made contact with Karen on the telephone I felt reassured and excited about the ring designing process. Following this first conversation and coming in the store to see Alan we were always made to feel welcome and relaxed. The expertise of the staff was evident and this only helped put our mind at rest that we had made the right decision to come to Avanti. I f we needed updating on the rings progress we always received a phone call when it was promised, making the whole process something which we really enjoyed.

We both feel that the level of care and attention to detail throughout was second to none and as a result we will be recommending you to our friends and family (my brother has already bought an engagement ring from you). We will definitely be back for our wedding rings!!
