Repairing and altering jewellery – with care:

We offer a full repair service on jewellery and watches, most of the work is done on site at our Ashbourne Store but we  also out source various aspects of our repair service, using Craftsmen with whom we have built up a great deal of trust over the years.

Our watchmakers have been in the trade for a good number of years, using the latest of equipment. We can replace batteries, pressure test, repair and service watches. We service most brands and fit authentic replacement parts when necessary.

We now have an independent valuer Alan Hayes (AJA Certified Appraiser, NAG Registered Valuer, Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, Diamond Diploma with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, Associate Alumni Member of the GIA) to provide written insurance valuations, valuations for probate & jewellery insurance claims.

If you haven't had your jewellery valued in the last three years, it is highly likely that it's undervalued.

Charges for this service are £50 for the first item & £29 for each subsequent item. Each piece will also be photographed. (miscellaneous items can be listed as a total at the end of the valuation for £7 per item with a group photograph) Items are also checked over for any necessary repair work.
