Bespoke Jewellery Service and Re-Design

Our highly skilled in house head designer and goldsmith has a fantastic eye for detail when it comes to creating the perfect bespoke piece of jewellery. Mixing modern CAD technology and traditional bench techniques with our experienced gold and silversmiths and hand setters we have a fantastic team who produce stunning pieces of jewellery to be adored and enjoyed.

Here are a few example bespoke jewellery options we can provide:

  • Design a piece of jewellery including supplying both stones and metal
  • Design a piece of jewellery using customers own stones
  • Design a piece of jewellery using customers own metal and own stones (new metal may need to be added depending on weight and quality of metal supplied by customer) Some metals may also need to be refined.

Watch Repairs

Our in-house watchmaker is fully Omega and Rolex trained to the highest standard allowing us to offer a fantastic on-site watch service.

We offer the following watch services:

  • Watch Batteries
  • Link Removal/Pin Replacements
  • Pressure Testing
  • Watch Repairs -including Replacement Glass, Replacement Button, Replacement Quartz Movement and more
  • Watch Servicing - including Mechanical, Automatic and Quartz (subject to the availability of parts) The service will also include cleaning and polishing of the watch case and bracelet to ensure the longevity of the bracelet 
  • Estimates are available on request (charges my apply if work not proceeded)

We also sell a comprehensive range of replacement watch straps and bracelets in stock along with Wolf watch winders to keep the time of automatic watches while not being worn.

Completion times will vary depending on the workload of our watchmakers.

CLIQ Hinged Rings

Do you struggle to get rings over your knuckles? 

We can provide hinged rings to help against issues such as arthritis, pregnancy, size or temperature fluctuation and so on...

CLIQ’s hinge and latch design is virtually invisible and snag-free. Using this opening and closing technology eliminates any poor fitting issues due to large knuckles and comes with a stylus to activate the mechanism and comes with a five year guarantee.

As well as new rings it can also be integrated into existing rings no matter the age, style, or design, the hinge and latch technology can be integrated into virtually any ring.

Jewellery Repairs and Restorations

We offer a full jewellery repair and restoration service using highly skilled and experienced craftsmen and women. From repairing a broken chain or re-sizing a ring to replacing a damaged stone or a worn setting and much more. All pieces are fully insured while in our care.

Here are just a few examples of what we do:

  • Ring resizing
  • Chain/Ring re-join
  • Replacement chain clasp
  • Build up claws 
  • New shank
  • Rethreading pearls
  • Remounting customers stones
  • Re-polishing/re-cutting a damaged gemstone
  • Match up and supply missing gemstones

We are also affiliated with LMG (Britain's biggest jewellery claim specialist) for claims on lost/stolen/damaged jewellery as well as many other insurance companies.

Buying Scrap Gold

We buy in silver (925), gold (various carats), platinum (950) and palladium (950) scrap. We do not buy in silver or gold plated or other base metals (such as copper/tin/zinc etc) 

When scrapping in items that are unhallmarked or we feel verification is required there will be a £1.00 charge for specialist metal testing per item.

If we think an item is resalable we will give you an idea on auction or private sale value free of charge. We also buy and sell a small selection of sovereign coins.

We can also offer a part exchange or sale or return on a selection of items at our discretion.

Jewellery and Watch Valuations

A valuation for insurance is extremely important to ensure your jewellery is covered for the correct replacement value, with photography and as much information as possible. We also offer the same valuations for probate purposes.

Charges for this service are £50 for the first item and £30 for each subsequent item.

Miscellaneous items can be listed as a total figure along with a group image which is £9 per item.

(We recommend getting an up to date valuation at least every 3-4 years)

Our independent gemologist and appraiser who is affiliated with the best associations in the country* will provide you with a detailed bound document with images of your jewellery, a loose copy for your insurance company and a PDF digital copy.

Ear Piercing

We offer an in-store ear piercing service for the ear lobes (first and second holes) by appointment only.

This is only available to those of 10 years of age and over. Those under 16 years of age must bring a parent or guardian to fill out the paperwork on their behalf.

We have a selection of earrings to choose from with or without gemstones in steel, 9ct white or yellow gold, 18ct white or yellow gold or titanium. You will also receive a free bottle of ear care solution and an aftercare leaflet.

If you have allergies with some metals then titanium is the best option for you.

We request that a maximum of two members of family or friends can accompany the person having the piercing in our consultation area. No photography and videoing is not permitted while the piercing is taking place.
