We offer a full jewellery repair and restoration service using highly skilled and experienced craftsmen and women. From repairing a broken chain or re-sizing a ring to replacing a damaged stone or a worn setting and much more. All pieces are fully insured while in our care.

We buy in silver (925), gold (various carats), platinum (950) and palladium (950) scrap. We do not buy in silver or gold plated or other base metals (such as copper/tin/zinc etc)
When scrapping in items that are unhallmarked or we feel verification is required there will be a £1.00 charge for specialist metal testing per item.
If we think an item is resalable we will give you an idea on auction or private sale value free of charge. We also buy and sell a small selection of sovereign coins.
We can also offer a part exchange or sale or return on a selection of items at our discretion.
A valuation for insurance is extremely important to ensure your jewellery is covered for the correct replacement value, with photography and as much information as possible. We also offer the same valuations for probate purposes.
Charges for this service are £50 for the first item and £30 for each subsequent item.
Miscellaneous items can be listed as a total figure along with a group image which is £9 per item.
(We recommend getting an up to date valuation at least every 3-4 years)
Our independent gemologist and appraiser who is affiliated with the best associations in the country* will provide you with a detailed bound document with images of your jewellery, a loose copy for your insurance company and a PDF digital copy.

We offer an in-store ear piercing service for the ear lobes (first and second holes) by appointment only.
This is only available to those of 10 years of age and over. Those under 16 years of age must bring a parent or guardian to fill out the paperwork on their behalf.
We have a selection of earrings to choose from with or without gemstones in steel, 9ct white or yellow gold, 18ct white or yellow gold or titanium. You will also receive a free bottle of ear care solution and an aftercare leaflet.
If you have allergies with some metals then titanium is the best option for you.
We request that a maximum of two members of family or friends can accompany the person having the piercing in our consultation area. No photography and videoing is not permitted while the piercing is taking place.
