For a fast delivery and for insurance purposes, we send all deliveries to mainland UK addresses via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We offer FREE shipping on UK parcels and a signature will be required upon receipt.
Standard stock items will be delivered within 1-3 working days once payment has cleared (this may vary if for example a ring needs sizing or if the item has been sold in store etc)
Where size adjustments need to be made delivery is usually 3-7 working days. However if the product needs to be ordered/made to your specification, delivery is around 4-6 weeks.
Please contact us if you would like an item for a particular date as we will always try our best to get the item to you within your timescale where possible

Interest Free Credit customers have up to 14 day cancellation period starting the day after receiving all of their goods, under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase you can return your piece of jewellery to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received. We may refuse a full refund if the item has been damaged or worn. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase as we require a copy of this with your returned item along with original packaging and note if you would like a refund of an exchange. There will be a fee of £7.50 deducted from refunds on returned earrings for a cleaning and sterilisation process.
Unfortunately personalised items or items made to your specification cannot be returned for a full refund. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail email@example.com
Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes proof of delivery along with insurance (you must specify the correct cover).
You can also return items in person to our store. You will need to bring your original purchase receipt along with the original packaging.
If you are outside of the UK please consider customs charges for returning items to us, we do not cover these fees for you.
Terms relating to delivery and returns
Damage or customer negligence voids any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policies. If you return goods to us that are outside of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund you. We will return the item to you at your expense. If the item is returned again or you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without further notice.

Import duty & VAT for international customers
In the UK, Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on many goods and services. If you are visiting from another country you may be entitled to a refund of the VAT on goods you buy from shops that offer Tax Free Shopping (also known as the Retail Export Scheme). The Avanti website will remove the VAT accordingly during the payment process.
Tax Free Shopping allows international consumers outside of the European Union (EU) to get a VAT refund on goods they buy here and take home. It cannot be used for services.
Goods must be declared for Customs Duty in your home country. Customs Duty rates vary worldwide. Please check the UK HM Revenue & Customs website and also that of your home country for more information.
